IPL Semis : Chennai professionally thrash Punjab
If you thought the first Semi Final was one sided enough, think again! This match really redefined one sided for me. Yuvraj’s…ahem….Preity’s boys came into the match with ultimate gusto and passion, as they always do. They were subjected to some great bowling from the Chennai Superkings.
Bundled out for a paltry 112, the end was always waiting for the formalities to be done. Piyush Chawla bowled really well, but the century partnership between Suresh Raina and Parthiv Patel stole the show. Congratulations Chennai. Hope to see Rajasthan beat you guys tomorrow in the final!

Harbhajan Slaps Sreesanth
Kings XI Punjab vs. Mumbai Indians (April 25, 2008)

Having played (and still playing) some sort of cricket myself, I can at least try to understand the agony that Shantakumaran Sreesanth must have felt when he was slapped by Harbhajan Singh. According to most sources, after the match (which the Kings finally won), Sree (Kings) went over to Harbhajan (Indians) and said, and I quote: “Hard Luck, mate.” The next moment, Sreesanth …read more
