I’m surprised that Prison Break hasn’t been made into a game before now.
Usually, if things are going to happen then they happen right after a show is proven to be a hit. And heck, Prison Break started way back in 2005.
Maybe Deep Silver was just waiting to make sure the show was a sure thing?
The game is being billed as an action adventure which is a nice change from what you normally see with a show/game tie-in. Time will tell but this is what the CEO of Koch Media had to say about it.

Family Focused Games, Another Target for Casual Games
UK’s Koch Media has a lot of spending money for marketing, says CasualGaming.biz. Only £1.5m or $3m for promotions of their casual Wii and DS titles!! Whoa! The company’s Cherry Tree Lane range will feature its line of titles due for release in November.
These games will be promoted in youngster’s publications, gaming magazines, kid-oriented TV shows and kid’s gaming sites. They are focusing on marketing to girls in the 6-12 age bracket, hoping that it will stand out in retail due to its unique positioning and strong licensed endorsements.
