The tattoos are meant to show the two sets of initials together when they hold hands. Apparently this idea came about very last minute. Khloe let fans know on her blog that she and Lamar were eating pizza and then just decided to go get a tattoo out of blue. She said, “I think the best tattoo experiences are the spontaneous ones, because that way you are not only left with the tattoo, but an amazing memory to go along with it!”

Matching Tattoos for Odom and Kardashian

I’m not sure who has more money at this point, but my first impression is that they are about equal. Odom certainly has more wealth, but Khloe has had enough reality shows and (let’s face it the Kardashian name) that her star might be just about to rise any minute. But as we know from other Hollywood marriages, you can never predict who will be up in a few years (remember when Jessica Simpson became wildly popular after she married Nick Lachey?)

Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom Not Married?

First the “buzz” (if you can call it that) about Khloe taking Odom’s last name. She will, but she’ll also be sticking with Kardashian, too. (And really, wouldn’t you?) The Kardashian name is much stronger than Odom’s in terms of celebrity clout (or buzz – sometimes the two are interchangeable.)

Since Khloe got married about 45 seconds after meeting Odom, the natural gossip is that she must be pregnant. One site even has “bump” photos of Khloe (which don’t look at all like a bump if you ask me.) I’m going to err on the side of “not pregnant” because they got married a month after meeting each other, people! That’s even too quick to get pregnant (or at least, to know for certain that you are with child.)

I say that these two impulsive kids just felt the heat and went with it. Odom’s been rumored to be an attention seeker, which is one reason he “agreed” to the marriage. I say: attention, schmention. Can’t two people get married after a month and not stir up trouble? (Oh wait….)

Khloe Kardashian Pregnant?

It also continues the Kardashian athlete tradition. Mom Kris is married to Kris Jenner and until recently the most famous Kardashian sister Kim was hot and heavy with New Orleans Saints’ Reggie Bush.

Khloe is currently working on her reality show Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami as well as a Miami radio gig. Khloe has had bad luck with basketball players in the past, breaking up with Rashad McCants of the NBA’s Minnesota Timberwolves last year. Now it looks like she’s over it and heading down the aisle with Odom. Surely we haven’t heard the last of this athlete/celebrity romance.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom to Marry

Lamar said the perfect thing when interviewed: he met the mom and liked her. He said, “Now I know where Khloe gets her beauty from…her intellect from.” Gushing up to the mom is always a smart move.

Plus he complimented her family, and let’s face it, if you’re going to date a Kardashian, you’d better get along with the family.

When asked what they like to do together, Khloe said lay in bed, and Lamar toned it down by adding, “… and watch movies.” That Khloe is always starting trouble isn’t she?

Khloe Kardashian Is In Love

Kobe Bryant had almost a perfect outing in Game 1 but had to work much harder this time out. That said, he still finished with 29 points, eight assists and four rebounds. The Magic deserve credit for limiting Bryant to 10-for-22 shooting and forcing him into seven turnovers.

Helping out Bryant on the night were Paul Gasol, Lamar Odom and Derek Fisher. Gasol had 24 points and ten rebounds, Odom had 19 points and eight rebounds and Fisher had 12 points, three assists and three steals.

After shooting less than 30% from the field in Game 1, the Magic got much better showings from their star perimeter players. Rashard Lewis had 34 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists, while Hedo Turkoglu had 22 points, six rebounds and four assists. Dwight Howard was also very active, finishing with 17 points, 16 rebounds, four assists, four steals, four blocks and seven turnovers.

Although the 0-2 deficit will be difficult for Orlando to climb out of, the good news is that the next three games will be played in from of their fans. For the Magic to have a legit chance at winning the championship, they’ll need to win all three at home.

As for the Lakers, championship 15 can now be seen at the light at the end of the tunnel.

Lakers Survive Overtime, Up 2-0 in Finals

The Lakers and Nuggets were actually tied after the first, second and third quarters, however L.A. was able to get it rolling in the fourth. Off the bench, Odom had 19 points, 14 rebounds, four blocks and three assists, while Pau Gasol poured in 14 points, ten rebounds, five blocks, four assists and two steals. Although Bryant had seven turnovers and missed 5-of-6 three-pointers, he still managed to score 22 points, dish out eight assists and grab five rebounds.

For the Nuggets, they now find themselves trailing 2-3 in this best of seven series. Carmelo Anthony scored 31 points but he connected on just 9-of-23 field goals. No one else on Denver scored more than 12 points.

Game 6 will be played on Friday in Denver. The Nuggets will either win or stay home for the summer.
