		<description><![CDATA[All the major portals (i.e. Yahoo, AOL, etc) tends to not link to outside sources directly from their homepage, but only to deeper pages within their own portal. However, a new test implemented by Yahoo is trying to change that.
The main idea is to try and add value by providing truly relevant links rather than limiting itself to it&#8217;s own limited network and in turn, gain more authority and bottom line increase popularity.
