So You Wanna Learn How to Drink … Absinthe

In our last two instalments, we looked at Scotch and Tequila. I got some very positive responses from these two posts, and lots of encouragement to keep going. When we were in Las Vegas recently, I had the opportunity to check out several places, including Liquidity,  the casino “lobby” bar at Luxor, where we learned how to drink absinthe.
