One of my good pals (and a fellow blogger and author), Lisa Haneberg (author of Hip and Sage, High Impact Middle Management and others), is working on a book for about how we can best coach up and down the generations. I am a HUGE fan of Lisa Haneberg. Her books inspire me to be a better manager, a better leader, and a better person. Her articles remind me of what’s REALY important to keep in mind as a manager.
