Absinthe is one of those liquors that has a flavor that is definitely an acquired taste.
When Lucid Absinthe sent me a bottle of the green stuff to sample, I had reservations.

Yesterday looked like it was going to tough day. The kids were driving me crazy and my cat tried to die. But, all of that was wiped away when I got these tasty treats in the mail.
I must admit that I’m a bit afraid of the Lucid absinthe. I’m going to try it and try it right with the sugar cube and if I can find an absinthe spoon then I’ll use that too.
