I’ve done Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred and I thought I was going to die.
This woman doesn’t let up and just keeps pounding away at you until you submit or give up.
And apparently people like that in a gal [or at least a fitness coach] since her first Wii title has sold over 600k games and she’s following those whopping sales with the release of Fitness Ultimatum 2010 [for Wii] and Pocket Trainer 2010 [for DS].

Serious Sam Gets a Makeover

It’s nice to see classic games be given a new lease on life and that’s what’s happening to Serious Sam.
The old classic shooter has been given an HD face lift and will be available on XBox Live Arcade by late Summer.

Exer-Gaming, Anyone?
Exer-gaming is a new term for an age-old gaming practice. One writer even traced its roots 25 years ago, during the time of the Atari Joyboard.
Its definition is simple – its when you sweat it out while playing the game by shifting controls to other parts of the body other than your fingers. A classic example will be that fun arcade game Dance Dance Revolution. If that won’t make you sweat, I don’t know what will.
