Those selected at these events will then be brought to the UFC Fan Expo where a group of fighters and fans will judge them and a live vote will take place. The winner gets an Octagon girl contract and will also be plastered all over an upcoming Maxim magazine spread.

You may have noticed the UFC already has three Octagon girls: Arianny Celeste and Edith LaBelle were joined by Logan Stanton a few months back. There’s no word yet on how a fourth girl will fit into the picture … how many girls do you really need to carry around 3 rounds worth of cards? I think it would be pretty cool if they started rotating girls between different shows so it’s not always the same ones. America needs new jobs, so it’d be a patriotic act for the UFC to hire on more hotties!

UFC and Maxim announce Octagon Girl Contest

Yes, all the Hogan family drama was sketched out by the Man Upstairs. According to Brooke’s remarks via People.com, the Big Guy nixed the first draft of the Hogan Family Portrait and revised the blueprint to make a family that works.

Something like that.

Brooke also claims there’s been some symbolic role-swapping, as the 20-year-old feels like she’s now a parent to her 48-year-old mother. (Hey, with the way her Dad paws her, is it any wonder the poor girl is confused?)

Hmm . . . Does this mean Brooke’s going to forsake sexy Maxim video shoots for mom jeans and a minivan?
