10 years ago today, former St. Louis Cardinals first baseman Mark McGwire hit his 62nd home run of the 1998 season. It’s hard to believe that it has already been 10 years. Gone is McGwire’s single-season home run record, thanks to Barry Bonds, yet Big Mac still hasn’t made it into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
