Back pain is the bane of many employers, including the United States army. Back pain is one of the most frequent causes of lost work, lost revenue and reduced quality of life among North Americans, despite millions of dollars of research and millions of dollars that have been put into developing and trying various methods of treatment.

Does Gaming Cause Depression?

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has conducted a study on the effects of gaming on individuals. What they’ve potentially discovered is that gamers tend to be overweight, around 35 years old and are more likely to be depressed.
Hmmm… Okay, we live in a time when obesity is at an all-time high so that might have nothing to do with gaming. We also are going through some pretty tough times so it’s easy to see why many people are feeling depressed. The question is, does gaming make people depressed or does gaming provide relief from the blues?
