John Lucas Joins the Los Angeles Clippers

John Lucas is back in the NBA. This time he will be joining the Los Angeles Clippers as an assistant coach. He was last in the NBA as the head coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Lucas was last in the headlines after Michael Beasley of the Miami Heat entered rehab. Beasley was reportedly in Houston working with Lucas, who has long worked with athletes with substance abuse problems.
With the Clippers, Lucas will be under head coach Mike Dunleavy and will work with fellow assistants Fred Vinson, Kim Hughes and Tony Brown. Although L.A. had another disappointing season last year, the addition …read more

NBA Coaches who should be Fired

Eddie Jordan, Washington Wizards
In the last few seasons, Eddie Jordan has been able to turn water into wine. This season, it appears he has run out of magic. With Gilbert Arenas out after undergoing his 345th knee surgery, Jordan’s Wizards look lethargic. It’d be best for both parties if Jordan got fired. He’ll be a coach again but these Wizards need a spark.
