So this video shows you how to make a staple of the mixed drinks: the Mai Tai.
The ingredients are listed in the video so I won’t list them here but all are things that you should have on hand if you are going to be making any basic mixed drinks.
One thing that I found just a bit hilarious was the guy at the end, all big and bad with his tattoos, drinking a “girl” drink. LOVE it!

Home bars are kind of a lovely thing. You don’t even know the things you’ll come up with after stocking yours. For example, my new favourite drink came about because I made lemonade. Real lemonade, with the juice of 6 lemons, splenda to taste and about 2 L of water. Trying that out with some Midori Melon Liqueur was an unexpected, yet brilliant, twist.
