Saints Top Falcons to Stay Undefeated

The New Orleans Saints sure are fun to watch. After trailing 14-7 after the end of the first quarter against the Atlanta Falcons, the Saints came storming back in the second quarter to take a 28-14 halftime lead. Although they struggled at times in the second half, New Orleans was able to stay undefeated after posting a 35-27 victory.
Quarterback Drew Brees finished with 308 passing yards and two touchdowns. Pierre Thomas had 14 carries for 91 yards and a rushing touchdown. He also had a receiving touchdown in the fourth quarter.

In the digital age, nothing we do or say is ever forgotten. Even something like an interview from 1984 can make an NFL analyst blush and force out an apology. Such is the case for Cris Collinsworth, who was recently having to talk about an old Monday Night Football halftime feature from 1984, in which he talked about how he picked up chicks. Jon Gruden Joins Monday Night Football

After Tony Kornheiser decided to step out of the Monday Night Football booth, Mike Tirico and Ron Jaworski needed a new partner in the booth. A short search led to Jon Gruden, the former coach of the Oakland Raiders and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Gruden has experience on the air doing work with the NFL Network and many industry experts think he is a very good selection to join the MNF crew. The biggest question regarding Gruden is how long he’ll last in the booth. Even after being hired, he admitted to still thinking about being on the sidelines.
