<li>Send a note home to your employees’ children, thanking them for sharing their mom with us.</li>
<li>Send a note home to your employees’ spouse, thanking them for their help balancing raising the children so your employee can contribute to your team’s success</li>
<li>For the non-mothers, how about sending a bouquet of flowers home to their mom’s, thanking them for raising such a fine employee.</li>
<li>Buy a book of stamps so folks on your team can mail out their Mother’s Day cards, on you.</li>
<li>Give employees 15 minutes extra at lunch to shop for a Mother’s Day gift or card, and you cover the shop while they’re away.</li>
