In Theaters: “Where The Wild Things Are”

The film adaptation of the popular children’s book, Where The Wild Things Are, comes out in theaters today and I know that movie-goers young and old are going to enjoy it. I think they did an incredible job recreating the characters from the book and the reviews so far have been favorable.

Sequel Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen hasn’t even gotten a release date yet but Paramount and Dreamworks have already staked their claim on a release date for the franchise’s third installment – July 1, 2011.
Insiders say that they wanted to get prime mid-summer spot before any other potential blockbuster had a chance to snatch it up.

MacGyver Movie

I’m not sure how I feel about this but, apparently, there is a MacGyver film in the works. To be very honest, I’m not sure how the popular television series will translate on the big screen and this is one of those times where I’m thinking they should just let a good thing rest in peace.
