Nobody want to have a gut or flabby stomach, yet many of us do. Today, I have four exercises you can do with 8-15 lb dumbells that will help shred your stomach.
Dumbell clean and press – take a pair of dumbells in your hand while bent at the waist. The dumbells will be in front of your knees. The Science of Muscle Building

I did not do legs today. I decided that I had too much homework to go to the gym for an hour. I will go tomorrow but today I made that conscious decision. This really doesn’t set me back as I did do some leg work with the sprints and jumping yesterday so with the homework and previous workout, I decided to wait a day. The negative aspect of this is I’ve been sitting all day and now feel lethargic. My answer? I’m going to run after this post.
