–The NDSU Bison scored 74 in the first half alone against NAIA opponent Mayville St. (128-64) Mississippi Valley State spends about 2 ½ games worth of time reaching 74, usually. MVSU and Mayville St. might be competitive.
–Stephen Curry LAUNCHED 15 three’s against the Sooners yesterday in a 4 point defeat. He only made 6 of them. Taking 29 shots to score 44 points isn’t the type of efficiency a team looks for from their PG.
–Bryant Barr had a lousy game, only connecting on 1-9 field goals.

The Sooners held the MVSU Delta Devils to 53 points in a 41 point victory. Blake Griffin scored 20, came down with 19 boards, and had 6 swipes.
Davidson hit 10 threes en route to a 35 point shellacking of James Madison.
Hence, now, the Davidson-Oklahoma dandy.
The winner will take on the winner of Arizona-UAB game.
Oklahoma is favored by (3.5)
Both teams are deep and certainly capable of putting a pounding on one another. Andrew Lovedale on Blake Griffin will be an important matchup to watch. Keep Blake under control and allow it to be close going into …read more
Mississippi Valley State’s struggle to shoot 20%

One day after putting 64 on the board against a ranked Arizona State team, albeit in a loss, MVSU goes out on Saturday and shoots 17% from the field and scores 25 in a 51 point loss against Washington State.
Unbelievably just last year MVSU scored 26 against Washington State in another laugher.
Is this indicative of MVSU’s pure ineptitude or more of Arizona State’s apparent lack of defensive passion?
Giving up 64 points to MVSU’s pack of clowns doesn’t exactly bode well for the results when the Sun Devils actually play against a college basketball team.
