National Association of Home Builders: We Are in a Recession

According to the Inman News blog, the National Association of Home Builders president thinks we’re in a recession. Good stuff.
Of course, you generally don’t know whether you are in a recession until it is over (since you need two quarters at least to figure it out). But in today’s world of “on demand” news and economic predictions, we want to know if we’re in a recession now.
Analysts have been predicting recession to come, saying we’re in a recession and even saying it won’t come for six months now.
