Boise State Want a White House Invite

Well, to be more correct, Utah’s Senator, Orrin Hatch, wants a white house invite for the team. Every year, the National Championship Game winner is invited to meet the president in Washington, but this year, Alabama isn’t the only undefeated team.
Hatch sent a letter to President Obama yesterday, stating that because there is no playoff, it is unfair to call a single team the best in college football. Jail time for college baseball players

Well – it’s not just NCAA football and NFL players that are getting in trouble with the law these days. This time – a few Oregon State baseball players were given jail time after pleading guilty to shooting up a neighbor’s house.
Oregon State won two out of the last three College World Series. However, the Beavers missed out on the national tournament this year. Outfielder John Wallace and former pitcher Anton Maxwell are receiving 15 days in jail after the incident.
