LeBron Speculation Wheel Keeps Turning

And around it goes … everyone keeps speculating about where LeBron James is going to end up next season.  Will it be New York? Will it be Los Angeles? Or … will it be Miami?
The latest twist in the King James free agency story is that the execs over at the Miami Heat front office are scrambling to find a way to get him to Miami. Imagine Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh and LeBron all in the same uniform. It’s almost as daunting of an image as LeBron and Kobe Bryant on the same team.
The thing of it is, it could …read more

Looks Like Nash Made The Right Decision

Steve Nash came under scrutiny in the off-season when he re-signed with the floundering Phoenix Suns. The two-time NBA MVP figured that he owed the Suns that much. He was with them when they were up, why wouldn’t he stick with them when they were down?
“I was a free agent and it was natural to explore my options,” Nash said, according to ESPN.com. “Some people said I was a little crazy going back to Phoenix because I wouldn’t have as good a chance to win. I liked the team and coaches and I was comfortable.”

But that’s the main concern on everyone’s mind — just where exactly is King James going to go?
Some NBA analysts speculate about New York, arguing that James belongs in a big city where he can take advantage of off-court opportunities. The same could be said about Los Angeles. It would be a better fit …read more

Horse Racing Sims

In honor of the 140th racing of the Belmont Stakes, I figured that I would give you a short list [in no particular order] of horse racing games. You know, cause if you can’t actually race a horse you might as well play a sim of racing a horse.
#1 Gallop Racer 2006 – Available for the PS2 and it got a rating of B- from 1up.
#2 Horse Racing Tycoon – For PC and it’s definitely a “bargain” at 7 bucks.
#3 Final Stretch-Horse Racing Sim – This bastard is $59.86…hope it’s worth the dough.
#4 Quarter Pole Thoroughbred Racing – I …read more
