Social Networking
When it comes to communicating with customers, social networking has been a godsend. With services such as Twitter and Facebook, you can easily interact and keep your customers updated.

A Blog
While a blog isn’t as personal as social networking, it’s still very powerful and allows for a startup to keep everything more organized. A blog also is able to attract new customers to your business.

Newsletter
Newsletters used to be the best way to communicate with customers. While that is no longer necessarily the case, a timely and consistent newsletter can still get the job done.

Snail Mail
Snail mail isn’t just for your grand parents. Sending personalized letters and promotional material through the mail is effective, especially when used in conjunction with other methods.
