Tetris Wedding Cake, You Have To Fit In Tetriminos (First) To Kiss Your Bride

Looks like the Super Mario World Cake is not the only holy-matrimony-purposes cake. This Tetris Cake that is made by A Piece Of Cake in Singapore is one that is geeky, sweet, challenging and lovely. FYI, the groom is a Tetris zealot.
From the makers of this cake…
But the Topper was the really fun part! We had this idea of making a tetris blocks topper that made up the couple’s initials, J and C. It was a T, L, L and the inverted L that made up the topper

The Death Of Game Park, A Gaming Handheld Company Downfall

Game Park was a Korea handheld gaming company that launched the GP32 handheld in 2001. The very limited choice of games had caused GP32 to become “powerless” against Nintendo GBA at that time. The only benefit of getting a GP32 was its support of Smart Media card, a plus for homebrewers.

But the first step to the company’s downfall was the decision to port PlayStation games to GP32. A large license fee was of course, paid to Sony. It was like burning money for nothing.
The next misfortune was the splitting of Game Park. Some employees of Game Park felt that they …read more

Game Boy Advance is not Dead

Nintendo Game Boy Advance is one tough nut. Japanese kids are still in awe over this piece of long-lasting gaming device. Shouldn’t they be looking something such as the DS Lite or the Wii?

Mission Impossible 4: Tom Cruise’s Kids Playing Video Games at Home

It’s Mission Impossible for Tom Cruise’s kids or his family to play or even read anything related to Nintendo Wii, DS, DS Lite; Sony PlayStation 2, PS3, PSP; Microsoft Xbox 360; gaming consoles; video games and PC games in his household.

This ultimate video game ban applys to all his family members including his two older kids. And they are not allowed to watch TV with the exception of movies. Duh.
I guess I will choose Nintendo Wii rather than a Hollywood dad.

Drill Dozer and Chibi-Robo

Just amazing. Both of these games are just amazing.
Drill Dozer is a game for the GBA made by the guys who did Pokemon and it’s just brilliant. You are a girl in a machine called Drill Dozer and you have to find the treasure that you stole that people stole from you. It’s got a great play mechanic to it using the L and R buttons to control your drill and you do feel like you’re drilling because of the rumble cartridge
Chibi-Robo has you taking the role of a tiny, tiny robot in a HUGE, huge house. …read more
