Packers go for North Division title

NFL Football at its best. NFL Football at its craziest.
Green Bay? Green Bay can win the Division? Come on. How can that be. Didn’t they have that quarterback that was always hurt, that Brett Favre wantabe?
No, Aaron Rodgers played every game, even though he was injured. The Packers are young and hungry with plenty of talent to go around.
Most of all the Green Bay Packers live in a Division that is one giant unknown. Will the Bears get along with Jay Cutler and who does he throw to? Will the Lions have time …read more

NFL Football at its best. NFL Football at its craziest.
Gus Frerotte is dancing with a football attached to his helmet

Tarvaris Jackson out and Gus Frerotte in. The Vikings coaches have spoken.
Tarvaris can’t pass. This is news?
The move to Gus is a kick in the butt for Tarvaris. My guess is they want to fire him up, because they can’t be serious about Gus Frerotte taking them to the Division Championship.

Donovan McNabb to the Bears?

NFL Football at its best. NFL Football at its craziest.
The return of the Squibster. Now the good and the bad. The good is that my most excellent boss and coworkers filled in quite nicely and that is most appreciated.
The bad is the Squibster is diagnosed with Cancer and undergoing chemotherapy. Fear not, they say the cancer is one that is curable, so let us move forward with our dreams of football!
Goodbye Philly, Hello Windy City

The rumors are flying. Here is what the Eagles President Joe Banner said:
“You are talking about a quarterback who has had a higher winning percentage in …read more

Adrian Peterson – will he carry the Vikes to glory?

NFL Football at its best. NFL Football at its craziest.
From Sooners to Vikings, Adrian is off and running
Adrian Peterson is a Viking and a very good running back. He also happens to be a rookie and usually not a whole lot of praise is heaped on a rookie.
Oh, you get the “He looks good”, and the “He is fast/quick/big/strong/smart” stuff, but usually a rookie is fantastic if he can just have a normal year.
You see, it is a huge adjustment to go to the Pro’s.
Still, Adrian Peterson is earning his praise.
Peterson simply dazzled
