OJ… The Movie?

And I don’t mean the Naked Gun flicks. O.J. Simpson’s botched robbery attempt (for which his is currently in prison) is going to be made into a Hollywood movie according to one source. A script based on the book Busted! (by Thomas Riccio, who was part of the Las Vegas robbery attempt) is being viewed at various studios right now.

It’s apparently “caught the eye of directors Nick Cassavetes and Martin Scorsese among others.” The group that participated in the failed robbery is actually going to be heroic in the film. (And hey, if you’re going to …read more

O.J. Simpson’s Ex to Write a Tell-All

First, a question: If you shack up with O.J. Simpson, are you going to be surprised later to find that he was controlling, possessive, and manipulative? Because if you are surprised, you must be the only person left on the planet who is.

But Christine Prody, O.J.’s most recent ex, is apparently thinking people are going to run right on out and buy a copy of her soon-to-be published memoir, “Spellbound: My Life With O.J. Simpson.”

That means that the 61-year-old Simpson won’t be out until he’s at least 70 years old.

Now while what he did was wrong in Las Vegas, did his prior transgressions come into play? If he wasn’t the world most popular murderer acquitted murderer, would law enforcement be looking to throw the book at him?
Although this case could …read more

O.J. Simpson pulled over after 911 call

This guy cannot catch a break! O.J. Simpson was pulled over early Monday morning by the Nevada Highway Patrol after the unit received a call from someone at a gas station stating that Simpson appeared to be drunk.
Simpson, who was on his way to Las Vegas for his trial, was pulled over, but the NHP said he did not appear to be under the influence.
Let’s just hope Simpson can stay out of trouble for the rest of his trial, one that quite possibly could land him some jail time.
