The company has been beseiged with legal problems in California, store closings and scathing blog comments from current and former franchisees…”
The theme of the franchise conference is “Stronger Together 2009.” CEO Larry Plotnick is trying to quiet some of the discord among the franchisees, especially in the wake of charges of franchise law violations by the State of California.
