I’ve just wasted three hours of my evening tonight dealing with an annoying printer issue at the homestead. We have a Compaq Presario desktop setup in my son’s room and that is what the family printer, a Lexmark X5470 is connected to that will all use. Or perhaps more accurately as of late, I should say we try to use.

For some reason Outlook continues to crash on me this morning. Not sure what it is that’s causing it, trying to pay attention now to what actions I’m taking each time leading up to the crash.
I also can’t get my Printers folder to open up and display my printers today. Wondering if the two items are somehow related.
I’m wondering if there was an update loaded at some point that’s mucked with some things. I ran an update earlier this weekend, but I’ve been in Outlook frequently since the update with apparently no problems.
