Is Candace Parker the savior of the WNBA?
I’m sure that most of you know who Candace Parker is. She’s the only player in women’s professional basketball history to be drafted number one as a junior in college. She’s already won two NCAA championships at Tennessee and her overall skills are mind-blowing. She’s 6′4″ and has the ball-handling skills of a point guard. Parker Repeats History

Candace Parker became only the second woman to ever dunk during a WNBA game last night, following the footsteps of her LA Sparks teammate, Lisa Leslie.
Parker had dunked a couple of times during her college career at Tennessee, so it was only a matter of time before she dunked in a pro basketball game.
The Sparks won, beating the Indiana Fever 77 – 63. LA has a record of 9-3, leading the West Division.
