Q1 Nintendo Profits In Decline

Q1 has not been kind to Nintendo, as evidenced by the release of their financials for the quarter. The numbers are – particularly by Nintendo standards – quite bleak and depressing. Is it the economy? Or has the Wii simply overstayed its welcome as the King of Consoles? It might well be both, but the end result is the same either way: Nintendo’s profits have plummeted.
