I seriously can’t believe it but that movie Push starring Chris Evans and Dakota Fanning is already out on DVD! I am definitely going to rent it but, if there’s one thing I’ve heard viewers complain about, it’s the overcomplicated storyline. Hopefully, the visual effects will make up for any confusion.
Of course, I’m going to see the movie and realize how wrong (or right!) I was when I say that, based on the trailers, this reminds me of a cross between Jumper (a terrible film, in my opinion) and X-Men. The main characters appear to have some special powers but, …read more
AIM’s Push Notification Problem

I finally got to try the push notification service of iPhone OS 3.0. I upgraded my iPod Touch to the 3.0 software last week and downloaded AIM for the iPhone. Being the cheapskate that I am, I just got the free version.
One of my biggest gripes before with instant messaging on the iPod Touch was that I always had to have the application on or else I would be disconnected from the service. If I’m waiting for someone I can’t do anything else on my iPod Touch. Hence I didn’t really use my iPod Touch much for instant messaging.

How many PocketPC users do we have out there? Are you hoping for some drastic improvements in the Windows Mobile OS? Rumor has it that we’ll be getting many needed improvements, at least that’s what the beta testers are saying that have gotten a little early Mobile OS love happening for themselves.
