Combo Therapy Best to Quit Smoking

Deciding to quit smoking and quitting smoking are two different things. The decision to quit may be made long before the actual attempt – and it may take several attempts for the desire to quit is turned into reality. And many do want to quit. New research from Wisconsin shows that one in five smokers who visit their doctor for a routine appointment are ready and will to quit using some sort of smoking cessation program.
Researchers studied 1,346 smokers out of 7,128 eligible subjects. To be eligible, smokers had to smoke at least 10 cigarettes per day. The study subjects …read more

Be sure to mark your calendars for January 17th, boys and girls! That’s the day Danny Bonaduce jumps in the ring (again!) to fight Jose Canseco.
Is there anything better than the world of celebrity wrestling? Seriously, every time I think there’s no way they will get someone to embarass themselves again, I’m proven wrong. Over at Philly.com they say Bonaduce showed up for his first day of work at WYSP last week with “pack of Marlboro reds, an asthma inhaler and Commit lozenges at hand.”
