Kentucky’s Harris and Porter on Different Paths After Collision

Kentucky’s Michael Porter and Ramon Harris collided on Wednesday during a win against Lamar.
One is scheduled to play today while the other may not play again this season.
Porter, a 6-foot-3 inch junior guard and Harris, a 6-8 junior forward both suffered serious injuries.
Porter needed 10 stitches above his left eye, but said he will play when the 5-2 Wildcats host 21st ranked Miami (4-2) later today.
Harris wasn’t so fortunate. It is being reported that he may not play again this season.

UNC Loses its Second Tyler of the Season

It was announced late Wednesday that Tyler Zeller, who has been filling in for the Tyler Hansbrough is out indefinitely with a fractured left wrist.
He suffered the injury on a foul by Kentucky’s Ramon Harris on a breakaway dunk late in the game in a win against Kentucky on Tuesday. He had surgery on Wednesday and is expected to make a full recovery.
The 7-foot Zeller scored 18 points in UNC’s opener against Penn.
