When it comes to the Austin Scott rape allegations, everyone seems to have a theory. ESPN and other news sources are simply reporting that the suspended Penn State running back was charged of rape, sexual assault, and aggravated indecent assault connected to an October 5 incident with a girl he met at the bar.
