Every spring, I go through a bit of a cleaning rampage, and this year is no different. Last year, I had a yard sale to get rid of a ton of crap (where does it all come from???), and although I don’t have as much this year, I do have some items that are still in decent condition but that I don’t use anymore.
And to those items, I bid a fond farewell.

Repurpose in your Home Office

Yesterday, Greener Assets’ guest blogger talked about the importance of recycling less. That’s right, less! Her argument was that instead of trying to recycle, we should first be trying to repurpose. And that’s a good point – if you can find another use for something, that’s a much better option than placing it in your recycling bin. After all, just because you try to recycle it doesn’t mean that it can actually be recycled (for example, most caps can’t be recycled).
