Workout While You Rest

You don’t always have to stay idle while your muscles are recovering. While working out today, I had a light bulb for today’s blog entry. I had just finished some grueling curl-step ups which had me breathing hard and both my biceps and legs burning. I did rest for a few seconds, but soon I headed for back extensions and started another exercise.
