Miller, who until recently knew O’Neal in the biblical sense,* accuses Shaq of stalking her. She obtained a temporary restraining order, and both parties are scheduled to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth on September 4.  

Now, not to point fingers or pass judgment—’cause who knows what the scoop really is here—but . . . doesn’t it seem a tad superfluous to get a restraining order on a guy who’s 7′1″?

It’s not like he can sneak up on anyone or blend in with the masses. Do you really need a court order to make sure he doesn’t get within 200 yards, when in fact, you could spot him from 3 blocks away?

Oh well. To each his own.
