Lost Translation: Rosetta Stone Sues Google

Rosetta Stone, the company that offers interactive solutions for people who want to learn a new language, has decided to sue Google. The lawsuit, which was filed in the state of Virginia, claims that Google is infringing on their trademarks.
The trademark infringing is claimed to be taking place on Google Adwords. According to Rosetta Stone, Google altered their advertising policy and now doesn’t protect trademarks. As a result, Rosetta Stone contends that software piracy has been made easier to accomplish.
