Google have had this problem for a few days now and never found the time to fix it. Apparently, when you search for site:youtube.com “clicks from ftp @”, you can see all the ftp details for many YouTube users.
PS. As I mentioned, this has been out for right about a week now, so it is not an indexing thing but just Google who is probably busy with hybrid vehicles.

The biggest headline yesterday was from the British TIMESONLINE who announced that News Corp explores swap of MySpace site for Yahoo! stake. According to the article, News Corp who owns Myspace, will be willing to give Myspace away in return for a 30 per cent stake in Yahoo. This means a return of $12.3 billion for their $580 million investment only 2 years ago.

Did Microsoft decide to drop their current search technology and start from scratch? A recent report from TechCrunch mentions that Microsoft has gathered a team of twenty or more “rock star” developers who’ve been tasked at building their next generation search engine.
According to their source, this is a new “very cool”, “horizontal” engine which will be able to cover many “verticals” all at once.

Via Vecosys‘ “VERY trusted source” comes the rumor of the day – Google is set to acquire Feedburner!
According to the source the delay in announcement is solely due to the delay in closing the DoubleClick deal and should be out soon thereafter.
The rise in popularity of RSS feeds caused Adsense and DoubleClick a big hit since their ads are no longer displayed (in most cases) and such a deal would make sense since it will give Google an opportunity to place their ads across all these feeds.

The recent search news from Google do not involve new tools or services from the company, not even a complaint about the company’s offerings. It is a search for a 3-foot python snake who has suspected to have invaded the company’s New York offices…

A little over a year ago, Google lost a battle for using it’s GMail name in the UK, and now it lost it’s right over the name in all of Europe.
The Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM), the body which is responsible for European community trademarks, rejected Google’s appeal after a stiff battle with German-born venture capitalist Daniel Giersch.

Over the past weekend, two videos which were uploaded to YouTube caused a mad wave of rumors about an upcoming GoogleTV channel. The videos, titled How to Sign Up for GoogleTV Beta and UPDATE: GoogleTV Beta, are now considered to be a hoax as DNS mis-matches and other issues are claimed to be the proof for it for the video’s authenticity.
