How to Run More Efficiently

Usually the more effort you exert, the better off you are. Running is different. Trained runners actually try to use the least amount of effort possible so they can maintain higher speeds for longer. This blog contains some additional tips to running more efficiently.

Run softly.  This promotes a shorter, quicker stride.
Land on your mid foot.  If you’re landing on your heel, you’re breaking.
Don’t tense up.  Tension makes you slower.
Run tall.  A verticle run is more efficient than if you’re hunched over.
