Run symmetrically. If you run favoring one side, you’ll slow down and eventually suffer a muscle imbalance. You can practice this by running on a treadmill in front of a mirror.
Breathe correctly. Use a rhythmic pattern, breathing from your diaphragm and stay controlled in your exhale.
Run upright. Many runners slouch because their core is weak. With a strong core, you’ll run more efficiently/ waste less energy.
Don’t flex. By relaxing the tension out of your muscles, running will come freer and easier.

Don’t tense up. Tension makes you slower.

Run tall. A verticle run is more efficient than if you’re hunched over.

Lean forward. Run vertically, but keep your momentum headed forward. This keeps your steps close to your toes and away from your heals.

Keep a regular breathing pattern. You don’t want to chop up your breathing as your running mixes up.

Run symmetrically. Be conscious of whether or not you’re favoring one side (arms, legs, head, feet, or body). This could really hurt your running.

Access your stride length. Err towards a shorter stride. It will use less energy.

For the last three baseball seasons, fans of the Detroit Tigers have become spoiled. We have witnessed the franchise turn into one of the most competitive in the MLB.
We expect the team to be very good. World Series contending good. Period.

In conjunction with b5media’s promo day, I will show you all how I have fun in the summer.

For the last three baseball seasons, fans of the Detroit Tigers have become spoiled. We have witnessed the franchise turn into one of the most competitive in the MLB.

We expect the team to be very good. World Series contending good. Period.

This summer of baseball has been too wild for my liking, as the Motor City Kitties have been unpredictable and downright, well, unpredictable.

It has a lot of fans worried and quite frankly, many “fans” are jumping off the bandwagon.

But any honest Tigers fan will tell you they aren’t out of it yet.

7 games back in mid July—bring it on.

We lost 119 games three seasons prior to the 06 World Series run.

Turnarounds happen.

Unpredictable off the field as well, sort of.

During the summer I stay active by playing basketball and running.

A lot.

Maybe a couple of marathons are in my future, who knows.

I know long distance running can be quite uncomfortable, but hopefully not like this.

Now Dean here is a certified nut. I can’t wrap my mind around running 262 miles straight.

Sleep running?

I’ve officially heard it all now.

Have a helluva summer!
