There’s been a rumor circulating the Web these last few days that former Cubs great Sammy Sosa has been lightning his skin. The Chicago Tribune has a photo in which his skin is shown much lighter than it has been in the past.

So what gives?
A friend of Sosa’s and an employee of the Cubs, Rebecca Polihronis, says this is much ado about nothing. She says, “He’s not trying to be Michael Jackson.”

With the news of Ken Griffey, Jr. heading back home to the Seattle Mariners, that got us to thinking about other baseball reunions we’d like to see:
Manny Ramirez
After all the drama that went on in Boston last year, who wouldn’t pay money to see Ramirez back with the Red Sox.
Pedro Martinez
Since the Montreal Expos are dead, Martinez should sign with their remains … also known as the Washington Nations.
Sammy Sosa
