If you’ve been following the Metal Gear Solid series closely, then the showdown with Screaming Mantis in Metal Gear Solid 4 would have caused a major case of goosepimples, thanks to the nostalgia. Then again, even first-time Metal Gear players probably would’ve gotten goosepimples because they can’t get a bead on the bad guy. Or girl.

Well, worry no more. The video above teaches you just how to beat the tricky stage boss. In a nutshell, this is how to do it:

• Use the the syringe on Snake
• Shoot Screaming Mantis’ dolls
• Go get the dolls
• Use the dolls against Screaming Mantis

Note: You can also use the syringe on Meryl to keep her out of the way because you’ll have to keep her from dying as well.
