Let it do a custom search and guess what it suggested?
 
That seems weird that I just got prompted with this after blogging about wondering where it went in my previous post. Is My Computer reading my posts via Windows Live Writer and pinging the Microsoft Mother Ship? [Insert eerie background music]

Do you get different updates made available to you if you go directly to the site and don&#8217;t rely on your installed Windows Update mechanism?</p>
<p>Download is almost done. Wish me luck with the upgrade/install.</p>

I just did a search for it to see about updating my system and the download link wasn&#8217;t available on the Microsoft Download Center page. The only thing that&#8217;s available is the overview documents.
Paul Thurrott has given a nice FAQ review of what to expect (not much) with the release, but I figured I&#8217;d just update anyway.
