5 Killer Shoulder Exercises

Some people can power their way to awesome looking shoulders. Others are stuck with the best they can do (me) but whether you’re in category a or category b, we can all build super strong shoulders with the following 5 exercises.
1. Shoulder Shrugs – pull either a barbell or dumbells up in smooth controlled motions and then hold while you let your traps bear the burden.

The path to bigger shoulders comes through paying attention to detail and a conscious effort to work shoulders exhaustively every three to four days. Shoulders don’t receive the fanfare biceps or bench press do, but more well rounded weight lifters after balanced bodies will try to elevate their shoulder status along with other muscle groups.
