Working Out While You’re Sick?

I mentioned to you yesterday that I wasn’t feeling 100%. Today I was even less. Whether it’s the allergies or something I caught, I’m weak enough to classify myself as “sick.” My conditions are a stopped up nose, head congestion, and a definite weakness in my body.
So how do you workout when you’re sick?
