SpongeBob SquarePants: The First 100 Episodes

SpongeBob SquarePants has become a real iconic figure in popular culture.  Adults and children alike can be spotted wearing T-shirts and watching episodes of the funny animated show and I will confess to being among them.
The first 100 episodes have been released on DVD and I know this would make a great purchase for those die-hard fans as well as people who want to catch up on all the shows they’ve missed.  There are 14 discs and 2233 minutes of fun in this collection so, if you’ve got some fall cleaning to do and want to keep your kids busy …read more

Want to Contact a Celebrity? Enter Our Caption Contest!

What’s the occasion, you ask?
*Blushes and acts oh-so-coquettish*
It’s our one-year blog-iversary!
To celebrate 365 days of snark, scandal, and (sometimes) supermodels in the world of sports, we’re holding a contest.
The game: See that paparazzi pic of A-Rod below? Submit a caption in the comments. But wait! Not just any caption. You have to use each of these three “s” words: strikeout, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Sarah Palin.
The prize: A copy of Jordan McAuley’s book, Secrets to Contacting Celebrities. The funniest caption, as determined by an independent panel, will win.
Not stalking. Contacting. Got it? Good. We don’t want hate mail from celebs. (No it’s OK; we laughed at …read more
