Donte Stallworth Agrees to Plead Guilty

It appears as if Donte Stallworth’s legal nightmare might be nearing an end in the court system. Stallworth, who allegedly hit and killed a pedestrian in his car while under the influence of alcohol, has reportedly agreed to plead guilty to a charge of DUI manslaughter.
Though Stallworth faced more than 14 years in jail for the charge, pleading guilty will result in a short stint in jail. Once he is released, he will have to follow a number of stipulations and will face probation for the foreseeable future.
