This semester is drawing to a close, and that means that we will soon see another semester — and another round of buying textbooks. How well I remember those days! The good news is that we now have a number of options beyond buying new (and likely being gouged) from the bookstore. WoWinSchool, World Of Warcraft In Schools

It is not surprise that MMORPG such as the popular World of Warcraft (WoW) can be used as a teaching tool in schools. Lucas Gillespie of EduRealms has started a wiki called WoWinSchool to help teachers in implementing WoW to their teaching.

The primary focus of this project is to develop a curriculum for an after school program or “club” for at-risk students at the middle and/or high school level.
