Who’s the “We” in Your Business?

Do you have a support system in place as your manage your business? Do know what areas in your business where you need to have more support? The basic definition of a support system are those people who provide you with encouragement or advice that’s helpful, critical and useful. They are also those people that you choose to outsource some of your tasks too in order to free up your time.
