Did you all have a great Memorial Day? I got to spend a gorgeous day outside with people I enjoy…and these people make hella good cookout food.
And really, that just got me excited for tailgating. It’s the same basic idea – food that you can make on the grill or prepare ahead of time and that you can eat as you’re walking around talking to people. Small portions are best so that you can take some of everything and trade foods with your neighbors.
